Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 14 calendar day return period, in the event that you would like to return the items you’ve purchased. Please inform us of your intent to return your products within 14 calendar days of purchase.

We adhere to a high standard of sanitation practices and safety protocols for our customers and, because of the kind of products we sell, You must return goods to us unopened and untouched, in their original packaging, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to return your items.

You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled items. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

For Cancellations, your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT accept order cancellations if the order has already been shipped.

Refunds will be reimbursed back to the original method of payment. Credit cards may take 3-7 business days to process.

Exposure to heat in Summer or Very Hot Climes.

Because our butters are made from natural butters and oils which are solid in room temperature, exposure to high heat can cause them to melt whilst on their way to you. We want to assure you that though the butter may reduce in volume as it liquifies, nothing is actually lost and the product remains, in its essence, the same. Please place the melted butter in a fridge to solidify for about 10-15minutes.
