Shipping policy

 

All orders to our store are processed and packed the next day and posted. Please allow for a full two - four full working day period to get your products. If there are issues with delivery once dispatched, please contact the Royal Mail customer service or the Evri customer service with your tracking number for direct updates with your order.

We are able to view and track all of the postage that leaves our store and in the event that your item, for whatever reason, is missing and cannot be traced to confirm that it was indeed delivered to you, we will either refund you or send out another parcel to you. But if the item is tracked and can be confirmed to have been delivered to the address you provided, we would not be liable for what happens from that point of delivery onwards. 

Our shipping partner, Evri, will attempt delivery 3 times before they return items back to us.
This happens where they are unable to deliver  the items to our customers either due to there not being an apparent safe place to drop the parcel or if there was no one to take the parcel and the parcel could not be left outside (the delivery person would consider it unsafe to drop the items there). The Onus lies on the customer/buyer to ensure that there is someone on hand to receive their parcel or that there is a safe space for it. You can leave a note on your door specifying that you want your parcels left there. In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to you missing the delivery person, you will be liable to the shipping fare required to re-post the item to you. 

PURCHASING PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Occasionally, some items will be sold out but can still be Pre-ordered. This means that you can still place your order for these items but they will be dispatched to you as soon as the items are back in stock- which is usually in a few weeks. 
Please if you ordered an item that is on Preorder together with a items that are already available, the items will be shipped out to you when the pre-order item becomes available to avoid multiple shipping situations that can quickly become confusing. 

International Shipping & Customs Duties:

We offer international shipping to many countries. However, please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.  

 

Customs Clearance & Delays:

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing in the destination country.  

 


Refusal of Delivery & Return to Sender:

 
If a package is refused by the recipient due to customs charges or any other reason, we will not issue a refund for the shipping cost. If the package is returned to us, we may issue a refund for the product(s) only, minus any return shipping fees or additional costs incurred.  

Providing Accurate Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  


Restricted or Prohibited Items:

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from entering specific countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import regulations before placing an order. If an order is seized by customs due to restrictions, we are not liable for a refund or replacement.
